2018 CEC Refresher Electrical Code Course
Course Description:
This electrical code course refresher is specifically designed for electricians that are preparing to write the Inter-Provincial Red Seal Exam.
Course Content:
- 2018 Canadian Electrical Code calculations covered:
- Voltage Drop
- Conductor ampacity
- Circuit loading and Demand Factors
- Calculated Loads for Services and Feeders
- Conduit Fill
- Box Fill
- Transformer Overcurrent Protection and Conductor Size
- Motor Calculations
- Power Factor Correction
- Various 2018 Canadian Electrical Code sections as time permits
Required Items:
- Pen and Paper
- Code book and calculator.
Location: GoToTraining
This course will be presented using the GoToTraining software. You will need a computer with a high speed internet connection and the ability to install the free GoToTraining software.
When you have been accepted into the course, you will be given a link to download the training software.
